I don't mind Idaho or ECS but have to say the resources are simply not large enough to finance a hydromet plant to produce chemicals absent a huge cobalt sulphate premium, and to go concentrate route they still have to prove that roasting the concentrate can get the arsenic level down under 0.5% so its saleable. No one will admit it but processing cobalt is very difficult (outside of lab scale tests).
I do consider the area to have a legitimate chance at producing, similar to Bou Azzer in Morocco, but they had the benefit of starting with a ~10% cobalt head grade in Bou Azzer.
