said they are working on an alternative proposal to be put to unitholders to crystalise value. some announcements likely next week.
also said that Nov was not a shocking month from an NTA persective (i.e. NTA was fairly stable over the month, unlike Oct when it was -15%).
could not obviously comment on court action.
