What are the chances, and would there be any corporate restrictions to some major making a offer for DGRs near on 15% directly.. would SOLG have any say in the matter? I guess not..
buy 15% and automatically secure a major shareholding..
- we know DGRs sp reflects super cheap value for SOLG, as compare to trying to secure SOLG shares at a market premium..
A major could make a low ball offer for them say 15 cents each and DGR would still hold a stable of companies and have secured a war chest of admirable dimensions ...
15c vs a current shareprice of 10c.... worth thinking about..
