I don't believe that NM bashing is productive.
If he was replaced on all of the subs and on DGR a similar amount of fees would need to be paid to one or more directors.
Would DGR be able to attract someone of his calibre. I think not as they would be persuing their own interests.
Options and shares have also been granted in lieu of fees to save cash. Unfortunately this has frequently been when
the price was depressed. Most juniors have suffered this fate in difficult times.

I am very happy with NMs performance. I am up around 250% and have received a dividend. I calculate the NTA a tad under 0.40 currently. This incudes my valuation of the unlisted subs. For me this is the baseline valuation so my investment's value is up 700% based on NTA. When the treasury is replenished and the subs reach full market value the DGR price will move well above NTA.

The market in the short term is set by traders and holders immediate needs. I cant predict prices and don't use charts but I can identify value and excellent management. Barring a series of unpredicted catastrophic events the price should trend towards true value.
