TTY were really in a bind - as the majority sharholder they were guaranteed the lions share of any OLY profit/loss.
TTY's biggest mistake was not raising their offer per share on the remaining 27% of stock. By my numbers OLY had a market cap of 23 Million when TTY were buying at 10c on market. To purchase the remaining 27%, if they had raised the offer by 2c it would have cost an additional million dollars. As it goes, MK held out, the OLY share price began its tumble, and MK got the boot. I guess his own greed,stubbornness, and the power-trip he was on got in the way of looking at the longer-term picture.
