Reads to me like they're using this announcement as a re-iteration of the Morgan/Easley rates, as the rancho news isn't really newsworthy.
Guessing they'll announce actual numbers for Rancho on Monday, and try to give the share price a good kick on two consecutive days, out of range of the AWE bid.
