Processing cost PER TONNE (presumably of ore) - $13
So around $20 to extract the silver in a tonne of ore.
The cash cost per ounce of recovered silver depends on the grade of the ore. What number they used for this is anyone's guess. At $21 per tonne grade is 43.5g/t, at $20/tonne grade is 41.5g/tonne (to get $15/oz) Compare that to the 44g/t grade of the indicated resource for Twin Hills.
The crusher is rated at 1.5MT/year, estimated production is 1.2-1.5Moz per year. That would indicate a grade between 25g/t and 31.1g/t at 100% uptime for the crusher.
So, sounds about right to me.
