In my opinion they will wait for Kate spud and either raise during or after result depending on SP movement.
The Board at GGX was not happy about the last placement at 6, ggx board are seeking return from SP and not wages so I am sure they will do their utmost to arrange at higher price and more than likely with a private investor group, its alot easier and quicker than going to market.
Ahh there is that term again "The sophisticated Investor"

Other factor to include will be Japex outcome.
If Japex decide to continue in the area its lets make a deal time, they went so over budget and copped so much crap from the locals that our block just looks oh so bloody good now. Needle has filled in all the gaps there.

Bring on Kate. ASAP. One good way to look at it they should be getting all the bugs out of the rig right now.
