Put yourself in MD position and think about what is best for company not what is best for you the individual trader. prudence would suggest small placment prior to drill is right course action. As I said before I don't like it but also consider the market and ease of fund raising. It ain't easy, even with good leads. If Drilling is mid may then placment will probably be early May. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately those close to MD may end up with most of the stock.
