How do these guys get away with it any other company would have a please explain from the asx about this announcement and the terminology they use. Friedland has very powerful friends i expect, especially to get on the front of The Australian business section with this lot of hype. My take on this is that the company through "friendlies" is buying up the shares to get the price up. This puts them in a position to launch offers of scrip to other companies with real potential in the Cloncurry area. They already own a bit of EXS and I believe CDU is on their radar. Will be watching this company with interest, I missed out on getting a holding, I think it is well over priced now..
