They surely have a major challenge ahead especially with that extra 500m of ore body that hasn't been JORC'd with this current figure of 13mT.
Had a look at their website, looks like they start a recruitment process in June, so things will get bigger & obviously they need more field personnel.
Reminds me of a hype created by one CDU back in '06 when it shot up to $10 & went into a halt for quite some time, these guys have an expert from Colorado barracking for them.
