    I would like to reiterate why it was important imo to not accept the offer yet in view of the delays we are now experiencing. Had you voted already you would not be allowed to trade your shares and you would now be trapped and locked in for an indefinite future period. I say indefinite because even Management have no clue as to when the HKSE will approve the meeting.

    Please see page 17 of the target statement, clause 5.6, last paragraph. It states:

    "Dingyi has agreed with ELM to keep the Dingyi offer open until the LATER of 21 November 2013 and 21 days after the special general meeting of Dingyi required to satisfy the Dingyi shareholder approval condition."

    So given that Dingyi are waiting on HKSE approval in order to have this meeting we can all assume that the offer will automatically extend past the 21st November and continue to remain open through the eventual HKSE approval and then until 21 days after the meeting.

    So again I say to everyone have a serious think about when you decide to accept the offer. I will continue to hold off until the very last opportunity and in doing so keep my options open!
