    I agree, it would be prudent to wait and see what "uncystu" has to
    say in the near future, before giving ramcap the 5% IMO

    As bhd shareholders, I believe we are in a much better posititon now because of the
    action that have been taken behind the scenes by the hand full of shareholders
    that I believe are working in our best interests as well as their own (of course)

    Maybe ASIC arnt as toothless as they seem or maybe the banking royal commission
    has put a rocket up them but this is one of the biggest penalties (jail time) that I have seen
    for such a crime

    I think whoever gets control of bhd, that a forensic accountant would be the minimum that
    would be expected by shareholders

    Whilst it doesnt look like we have much chance of getting any huge amount
    of funds back in percentage terms, we might get some answers and hopefully
    the Captain might get a good dose of karma..its the least we should hope for
