yes I think these guys are well intentioned on turning things around but it is a tiny fund so they have no ability to lodge a counter bit (we and our associates control 3%) big deal. I do like their emphasis on dividends- listen to them Bouris!
I think in all likelihood another bidder will emerge at 15c - MVT will see to them and a deal will be done. MVT will feel vindicated they made 20% plus on their investment.
