No real insight, though interesting to observe MNF presenting to institutions last week, as I can't recall that happening in the past. Probably not surprising if MNF is actually now on the radar with market cap beyond $300m.
With regard to acquisition, Rene and Andy hold over $100m of stock having built the business from the ground up over a decade ago. The enthusiasm in which Rene talks about future prospects makes me doubt very much that he'd be a seller at this point (but who knows), happy to be along for the ride!
