PRE have an obiligation to its existing shareholders to reflect the value of their drilling to date before diluting the shares at a lower value.
Call me a skeptic, very convenient for Pattos to be on board at this time when a raise is imminient, who will probably have more interest in looking after the new money rather than current shareholders.
I wait to be pleasently suprised by this stock and it hasn't happened yet and as a long term holder I'm still way in the red.
