Raising at a 30% discount to the prevailing market price just after announcing an investment from a copper major. To add insult to injury directors and managers are taking up a large portion of this issue - serious conflict of interest. Did they do their best by their shareholders or was lining their own pockets just too tempting. What a disappointment and kick in the teeth of existing shareholders? Now I understand why Brett McKeon left?
