    Sydney - Tuesday - October 24: (RWE Aust Business News) - Andean
    Resources (ASX:AND) has completed an institutional placement to raise
    $3.56 million.
    The funds will be used for a 17,000 metre drilling program in
    Cerro Negro, Argentina.
    A total of 13,692,308 shares were placed at 26c.
    The shares have resumed trading and were steady at 27c.
