You do realise that PE is not the be all and end all, especially for growth stocks?
They have a monopoly on the market. They could increase their listing fee from $60 to $80 tomorrow, pick up an extra 20% revenue and not lose any business as they have a monopoly.
$11 for a company like this is a steal.
