Still don't understand your use of terms like 'anti-competitive dealings' yellowcake re the AWB. A bit dust blinded I think.
Reality is that the AWB was master of what was effectively collective bargaining for the benefit of farmers, something so powerful that it has been legislated out of existence for the use of unions.
Still, some get so entrenched in their positions.....none so blind etc.
Have you read The End of Food yet?
having said that, I still think the biggest problem the AWB face is that their other operations are out of control - most noticeably their Finance arm which I suggest is a ticking bomb.
