Those who wants to deliver it makes no difference to them whether it rains or not. You don;t hear excuses from them.
Some people just manage to execute project one way or another.
CUX released its report today and from my understanding those guys are drilling in a area where it rains heavily almost daily basis, still they managed 92 holes.
PEN regularly around 80 plus holes a month.
rain or no rain: some people just deliver
