Why can't we redirect the rain flooded areas to parts that need it .
The Egyptians can build the pyramids???
One area is completely flooded every year and one area is in drought,every year.
Sick of it .
Does anyone have an idea,what can be done and pass it on to someone that can do something.
Maybe the government.
Wonder do they have clue.
