Yeah, he stays technically, but the letter from Brucey and Alex, or Burrell and Keach (sounds like a law firm?) says clearly his days are numbered. Sad.

ASX provisions allow the target directors the opportunity to send a letter to shareholders setting out their position, and refuting nasty and rude things said about them. Goh and Ganke (The Two EG's) have sent nothing so far. I will be disappointed if they do not even put up a fight to make it interesting.
