At the moment we are in the hands of Global hedge funds , high frequency traders and market manipulators . They will move the o.p. when it suits them . We don't know exactly when , all we can do is hold . The insiders control everything , but things will eventually rebalance , all it takes is a pull back of one million bpd and it is game on , I think it has already happening , other than Saudi Arabia and Russia everyone is keen to cut . We should know more on the 17 th. ........
