Hi Turville...In the interests ofaccuracy, I did say between 60 and 70%...Not 80%.....I belive the liklihood is between the 2 figures i mentioned...A little investigative work will show you that Litigation funders in Australia and overseas, generally work on a percentage of between 35% and 65%...Looking back you will realise that chm were in some distress when looking for funding so it would'nt be pushing the envelope to assume that the funder,in a highly risky case, with a client up against it, would have extracted extremely favourable terme....But don't take my word for it..20 minutes on the net should give you some insight....Also quite incriminating that chm have never divulged to the market their arrangements in this regard
