Glyna - you appear to be the most active and vitriolic "anti- CHM" poster. You are of course a qualified lawyer - one would have to believe that from your vastly superior knowledge of the entire case and the likely outcomes.
For what it is worth I would like to add the following:
1.CHM will in all likelihood trade again and probably this week.
2.The receivership matter will be rescinded/rejected.
3.An agreement will be reached between CHM and ILP, the litigation funder, regarding the share of a successful MMX result. Although that % is unknown I believe it will not be higher than 20%. I believe esimates of 60-80% are simply a pipedream and should be ignored.
4.I do not believe a settlement between MMX and CHM will actually be allowed to be appealed. What Justice Jacobsen ultimately decides will be final and that will be the end of it.
Good hunting
