Just relax Yokka. What is your concern, is it the share price that is magnifying your worries?

The company/subsidary isnt going to be wound up. The claimant has asked for it, as the jackgreen subsidary has no money with which to pay the bill (alledged). This doesnt mean its going to be wound up. This is just standard legal proceedings in light of the situation - we must put this into context.

To be honest I think its time to get back in. I sold a while ago, and as the picture has become clearer (arguably) its looking very cheap. If anyone is worried about the state of the company I'd like to draw their attention to the release made by the company regarding the court action: read it in full. Forecasts remain in tact, despite the legal action.
