I would be surprised also. If JGL can get through the next 2 months they'll survive - without doubt IMO.
The big cloud with the court case is not so much whether it will succeed, but how much resources will be redistributed out of the company to combat it at a time when they need all hands on deck.
Any cap raising price will also have a massive effect on the SP. I have cash on the sidelines waiting to see how this pans out.
