Apparently they're resolving the issue with the auditors and will have it lodged and be trading again this week - per some dude on Top$tocks email correspondence with them.

Perhaps they didn't agree with the auditors opinion on the accounts and chose not to lodge.

As I dare say the auditors were of the opinion that there would be a significant uncertainty as to the company’s ability to continue as a going concern.

Of course DYOR, IMO, etc etc etc.
