Does anyone know if there has been some sell down
of stock in Plaspack Group ltd (asx code PPK) by any
of the directors recently?
a BROKING FIRM did a cap raising to fund the purchase of peteron ltd the company which produces the plastics bottles for cottees
INSTO'S bought stock at a placement of $1.05 each
On top of that they got a contract with colgate/palmolive
Both peteron business and colgate/palmolive business
only appeared on ppk books from dec last year (ie. earnings in report would have been for 6MTHS APPROX ONLY!)
Options are way inside the money which were set many moons ago!
