I suspect current holders have raided their piggy banks plenty over time and are now topping up with coins from between the sofa cushions. Potential investors are possibly waiting for the final washout from the Conference and/or waitng for the Final Report to be published.

Either way I am banking on there being a lot of action surrounding EMS from now until the end of the year. When the real action starts it will come with a rush as I am sure that there are many, many watchers on the sidelines who will be eager not to miss out.
