Well the quite stake builder is out of the bag. IMHO it makes no sense going to 13% from 12...15% seems logical...so more quiet slowly slowly buying I guess. So 2 instos building stakes is nice. turquoise hill 59%, those two 19% makes 78% from those 3..getting to be quite tightly held
