A question, as you point out IVA have spent a lot of money which is no longer valued in the share price, but often is still on the Balance sheet Can late arrivers, like me, achieve a good position by standing on the foundation paid for by earlier investors ? Your analysis is correct for some poor suffering soul who has contributed to all the past equity raisings. But for me that does not apply---I just see undervalued assets
Of course there is a risk that they will just keep blowing the funds they raise, and I will lose out like the old shareholders. But they have new management, and even blind freddy would know that times have changed ( for a while ) and capital must be maintained not sprayed everywhere
