Mr Fotios has officially 12+% of AUR but he would have many followers in there as well IMO so I agree if he gets past this latest stoush controlling AUR a tie up with HOR would not be too inconceivable.
Not much action the "authorities" can or would do if minor shareholders lodge a complaint hence we all have to sit patiently for the next quarterly report!!
