I feel we are still paying the price for the changes started under your mate - aaco were a low cost beef producer before his tenure. Sure, not all changes were bad , but the tourist ventures were not suitable for a listed company like aaco, and I still feel the grainfeeding is also unsuitable! I dont believe the division set up to manage other peoples places went anywhere either (though I think they may have just tried to revive it!).
ozzy - i take your point - did you see the ceo on landline a week or two ago - in no hury to say when they might have the throughput up to where they will make money - all very leisurely it seemed!
some of the branded beef staff getting an award or two i see in the land newspaper ( good news i guess) , and also talking some gunna here and there about the future ! the future is here and they should be making money!!!!
