quick q for pgl holders

sorry if this is common knowledge, i don't hold PGL (i'm an AVX holder). i was hoping somebody might tell me how invested the PGL board are in the company. do the directors hold significant stakes?

i'm not too impressed with this deal, but after PGL's recent drug failure you would expect the board to be shy about jumping straight back in without great certainty of success. with that in mind, my confidence is bolstered given the high degree of dilligence that has surely been done on ATC by PGL (i note yesterday's ann says a couple of HIV experts were consulted).

perhaps i'm not completely mad in my thinking that this drug is a winner. my only lingering concern is why me and the board of PGL see something that to this point a big pharma has not...
