Given the SPP does not rely on how many shares you own. As far as you are a share holder as of today in the registry (effectively, a few days back), you can then purchase up to 150k CBH shares.
The current share price is 11, why not simply dump up to 150k CBH shares, then buy them back via SPP. It's an up to $1500 quick money.
