Anyone given any thought in purchasing some shares in FRS and taking a punt that Wah Nam will not sell, therefore defeating any compulsory aquisition of the remaining shares. What are the chances of AGO giving a higher offer to mop up the remaining stubborn FRS shareholders and Wah Nam? Furthermore these are the facts;
1) Wah Nam has been aggressively vocal on their displeasure at the current deal, even going as far to send out a letter to all shareholders advising them "NOT TO ACCECT"
2) Wah Nam has destroyed value in Brockman after its hostile takeover. BRM even went as far as to request an investigation from ASIC.
3) Surely AGO do not want WNI poking their noses around as they have proven to be very aggressive and destructive to shareholders value... just read the BRM threads.
In my opinion only, I believe that this is a great opportunity to make a quick buck. Anyone game enough??
