At 09-Sep-2013 ESN’s annual report had Barrijag holding 150,000,000 units
Barrijag sold 40,000,000 units for .003c each, date of change = 18-Dec-2013
and announced it on 13-Feb-2014
Their previous notice was on 07-6-2013
Sold before end of quarter and announced it after the 3C was released at the end of Jan-2014
The second largest holder sells approx. 26.7% of their holding and reports it 7 weeks or so later?
