How are you going to be compensated for dilution effect of exercising the options?
Assumming all those options were exercised, there would be a huge dilution effect, and i think need to show some significant value in the company to get that sort of money.
Remember the last capital raising at 19 cents, they drove sp up to about what i think 28 or 29 cents prior to that raising.
Now, so much time has lapsed with them having ample time to bring out news on dist.agree that they keep saying have been negotiating, scanning or whatever other term they use. Where is it??????????
How much forecasted sales revenue do you have to show investors to warrant or justify another $13M or so new money going into the company?
