No doubt the next NTA will drop from options dilution, but do people really understand the kind of managers and funds that FGX are invested in here? It is a mix of many styles, including some of the best Market Neutral and Active Funds in the Country. Regal L/S, Beenlong L/S, Tribeca, WaterMark, LHC, WAM Capital, SmallCo. These guys shoot the lights out over most managers and funds, and are mostly prepared for a downturn in equities from their last reports. In saying that, the fund also has some long-only funds also, which no doubt will drop.
Either way, I converted my options, and think at 1.10, they are the best LIC available with downside protection by a long way.
