I remember few years back when BCI was offered $3.40 by Regent who was holding about 20% at the time. Same as SOL in EXS case. Then independent report came saying that offer is neither fair nor reasonable. Takeover was off and BCI SP fell as a result. It's been trading well below the offer ever since. That's the share market you never know until it actually happens.
