Yes I do have the name of the person/engineer that I have spoken to. The only thing is, that I don't know if I am allowed to say it in an open Forum without running the risk of getting pulled up for doing it. All I can say to you, is that you may have to use your imagination.

In saying that, You are talking to the converted believe you me. I, like you, have had enough of what these Boards are doing with their shareholders, especially with the Banks sides of things where the remunerations asked and paid for by the shareholders, are totally unbelievable and out of this world.

As for being late in writing to ASIC, IMO it is not so. ASIC has the responsisbility to ask that question on our behalf to the Board and, if not satisfied, they can call for something to be done about it and even rectify it.
Currently I am flat ut with the harvest and few other pressing things, otherwise I would do it myself.

The free performance options for instance, are well worth mentioning to them as well.

Finally, and IMO, it is well worth keeping a record of the name of the Directors that, in anybody's opinions, haven't performed to the level of acceptance and expectations, for future references/considerations.
