Lotz might seem glass half full but in jy view its reality. If you look at the announcement earlier in the week and mix this with the worst day on the market this year ADE could reasonably be happy to be sitting at 10cents today. The reason it isn't is because we have an asset and irrespective of market conditions, it will make $. It may stagnate for a while agreed but in 6 months time we will all be kicking ourselves for not locking and loading now.
