Anyone who ever stood up to or disagreed on strong grounds/issues with one MLK didn't last long in the organisation.
Check the senior players over the years he attracted to join his projects, then used, abused and dismissed when it no longer suited his needs (not the companies), or alternatively they stood thier ground on important issues and were dismissed out of hand.
Mathew Gill had principles and could see the writing on the wall, what option for a man of demonstratble principle when dealiong with one MLK.
