Left to their own devices and given favourble market support, those sorts of valuation from my own pen for EPG are plausible ... imo of course.
The risks are associated with execution ... and/or premature t/o before those valuations can be realised ... the lads must be getting to the pointy end of delivering value within the next 6 to 12 months imo.
