questions for willcocks

I have sent the following email to Robert Willcocks. let's see if I get any answers:

"Robert

It seems strange that the only response you have given the market to ESG?s call for a board spill is to announce an extension to the MOU and exclusivity of the Energetica proposal. Will there be any other response. Will we see any detail of both proposals before the EGM. And why extend the Energetica proposal until the day BEFORE the EGM?? It would make more sense to extend it until AFTER the EGM so that it can proceed if the EGM resolutions are defeated.

Confused at this end.
