Also, a query as to what type of structure they anticipate there is very relevant. Whether or not they wish to share is another matter, but a question well worth asking as they must be in possession of enough data now to have an informed and confident view of what they seek.

Lastly I'm curious as to the reported VIP visit to site last week. If correct, who were they; what was the purpose of the visit; what were they shown/told; and were they surprised, excited or disappointed? Trust that's not considered an impertinent question.
