Are telegraphing questions on this forum the right thing to do? All you are doing is forewarning the sleek marketing and PR machine to make sure they have a fabricated response to appease the disgruntled masses.
I can tell you why GIMG isn’t complete. It’s very simply because CCE never deliver anything on time or on budget for as long as I can recall. Why would you expect them to start doing things right now?
I’m glad CCE have advertised for an estimator. God forbid they price something properly and make money instead of relying on the goodwill of shareholders and government / taxpayer.
This is really starting to look like a sell. Does anybody have a view about what happens with the CR if the SP falls below 3.0?
