questions for mgt

Has anyone tried contacting board/mgt previously? I tried a couple of weeks ago? Any other shareholders interested in pressing for more info?


Dear Mr Jackson,

I am a small shareholder (~180,000 shares) and have a few questions. Obviously I am concerned that we continue to trade below our cash backing, when we have > 200 customers (?).

1) When can we expect an update on company strategy and progress, e.g. product success or overwise, potential use of the large amount of cash on the balance sheet? I note the website is not great for a technology company, and is quite out of date
2) There seems to have been a number of senior resignations recently (CFO, Head of Development). Are there plans for further redundancies in the development area?
3) The products seem well suited for small to mid size financial services institutations. Is the VP BD in Dubai getting any traction? What does the sales pipeline look like? Are there opportunities to license or find distributors for the products, e.g. bank in a box?
4) Given the lack of action, is a capital return being examined as a potential way forward?
5) I note the quote/comment below published last week, can you please advise when the market/shareholders will be updated. This appears to be quite pertinent if there are actions already underway, which is how I intrepret "actively".
